[翻譯 Translation]朝の陽ざしに君がいて/In the morning’s sun rays are you/早晨的陽光裡有你

  距離上次更新已經是一個月以前的事啦!沒辦法,工作上(就是讀書)實在太忙了,負擔對我來說相當的重。目前在上的課中有分析跟代數,非常難懂……但幸好身邊有人一起努力,每次想到這點就感到微微的幸福。知道我說的是什麼感覺嗎?
I has been more than a month since I updated last time! Well, you know, the workload (that is, studying,) is too heavy, the loading is quietly heavy for me. The subjects I study now includes analysis and algebra, which are both profound... Fortunately, there are people work together. I feel faintly happy whenever think of this. Do you know what I'm saying?

  這次翻的這首歌給的情境就非常符合我那種「感到微微的幸福」的心情。如果覺得哪裡翻得不好的話,希望在下面留言告訴我,用Twitter或E-mail也可以。
The lyrics I translate this time gives the atmosphere which matches the what I feel: "feel faintly happy." If you think there's anything should be modified in my translation, please comment below to tell me. It's also okay to tell me via Twitter or E-mail.

[翻譯 Translation]Promise

  不好意思,很久沒更新部落格了呢。今年暑假,也就是我開這個部落格的時候,是希望能以「假日每週一篇,平時每兩週一篇」為原則,在部落格分享我學到的東西,但這陣子實在太忙了呢。
Sorry, it has been a long time since I update this blog last time. In the summer vacation this year, that is, the time when I started this blogger, I originally hoped that I should share what I learn here with the principle that “once a week during vacation, or biweekly in ordinary time,” but I am too busy recently.

  平野綾是我非常喜歡的聲優。我以前非常迷《涼宮春日的憂鬱》的系列作,而其動畫女主角涼宮春日的CV就是平野綾。以前我還把動畫轉成mp3檔,每天重複聽著呢。這樣不斷聽著聽著,也就對這些聲線產生很大的感情。
Aya Hirano is a voice actress whom I love very much. I used to be into a series of light novel “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya,” and the voice actress for the main character in the anime is Aya Hirano. I even turned the anime into mp3 and kept listening to them every day. Keeping listening to their voices, I hence felt attached to these voice actor/actress’s voices.

[翻譯 Translation]To me

  我想,大部分常聽日文歌的人多少都知道玉置浩二這位歌手吧。年輕時的玉置浩二先生唱得非常有Power,讓人能夠感覺到一種「對未來充滿期許、多辛苦也要撐過去」的感覺;年紀較長以後嗓音溫順又有點滄桑,像是老先生邊唱個給小孩子聽,邊回味過去那樣。我講得讓人很難理解吧()
I think most of people who listen to Japanese songs very often know Tamaki Kōji, right? He sang in a powerful way when he was young, and it feels a kind of “I’m looking forward to my future, and I’ll overcome everything no matter how hard it is.” After being elder, he sings in a tender but weathered voice, and it sounds like an old man recollect his past life while singing to kids. Is it hard to know what I’m saying? lol.

[翻譯 Translation]緑の街/Street of Green/綠之街

  發行於1997年的這首「綠之街」是小田和正先生第17首單曲,也是由小田和正先生作為監督的同名電影「綠之街」的主題曲。聽著一首年齡與自己相同的歌的感覺,總覺得有些奇妙呢!和之前翻譯的「在天空與大地之間」一樣,這種略為憂鬱的旋律果然很吸引我。
Released in 1997, the song "Street of Green" is Mr.Kazumasa Oda's 17th single, and it is also the theme song of the movie "Street of Green," which was supervised by Mr.Oda. I feel somewhat amazing when listening to a song which has a same age with myself. Same with "Between the great sky and the vast land," which I've translated before, the melody that sounds a little bit gloomy is so capturing for me.

日本料理的食用順序/Some order of a Japanese/いくらか和食の食べる順番

  会席料理や懐石料理には食べる順番のマナーもあります。
  會席料理與懷石料理是有食用順序的禮節的。
There are manners that one should eat in an order when having a get-together(会席料理) or kaiseki(懐石料理).

  この順番を間違えたからといって「不作法だ」と思われることは少ないでしょうが、知っている人にはそう思われてしまうかもしれません。
  雖然搞錯這些順序的話也不太常會被覺得失禮,但還是有可能會被知道這些禮節的人這樣想的。
It is seldom that one will be consider impolite if  messing up the order, but it’s still possible that some people who know it will think so.

[翻譯 Translation]後山的山/The Mountain of Hualien

  在台灣,「愛國精神」一詞很少被強調。但從我開始增加和外國人的互動以後,對台灣的愛與認同變得非常深。後來我發現許多台灣美麗的一面,我過去了解甚少。
In Taiwan, the word “patriotism” is seldom emphasized, while since I started to interact with foreigners more and more often, my love and recognition of Taiwan became very deeper. Afterwards, I found that I know few about many of beautiful aspects of Taiwan before.

  花蓮位於台灣東部,西臨為台灣主要山脈的中央山脈,東臨沿岸山脈以及太平洋。由於漢人臺開墾先抵達台灣西部,而花蓮與台東被山脈阻隔開來,故被來臺漢人稱為「後山」。
Hualien county is located on Eastern Taiwan, facing the Central Mountain Range (Chinese: 中央山脈), which is the principle range of mountains in Taiwan, on the west and facing the Pacific Ocean on the east. Since that the Han Chinese first arrived the western area and that Hualien and Taitung are isolated due to th mountains, the Han Chinese in Taiwan call them “houshan (this means ′the mountain behind′ in Chinese).”

[翻譯 Translation]大空と大地の中で/Between the great sky and the vast land/在天空與大地之間

The first time I heard this song is on miss Uru's channel on YouTube. I like songs with gloomy melody like this song. Before starting Blogger, I actually often wrote Chinese translations of Japanese lyrics and shared them to my certain friends, so I have some experience; however, I still consider translating lyrics a hard nut to crack. Besides the problems that the subjects are unidentifiable and the atmosphere, due to the difference of laws of linguistic structure, phrasing also confuses me. After all, my Japanese ability is just passable (moreover, I challenge English translation this time).

打勾勾/Finger cut-off/ゆびきり

  「約定好打勾勾,說謊的人要被揍萬拳、吞千根針,約定好囉!指切拳万、嘘ついたら針千本呑ます、指切った!」這句話經常出現在日本動漫或日劇中,但最近對這句話有了更深的認識。
“Finger cut-off (pinky swear), ten thousand fist-punchings, whoever lies has to swallow thousand needles! (指切拳万、嘘ついたら針千本呑ます、指切った!)” This saying often appears in ACG or Japanese drama, while it’s until these days I know much more about it.

           為什麼是打勾勾(切手指)呢?切手指這個刑罰最早紀錄在日本編年體史書「吾妻鏡」(或稱「東鑑」)之中。根據書中記載,一位名為鮫嶋四郎的武士為了負起引起武家內訌之責而切了手指。吾妻鏡記下此事的部分出現於以下這一段:
Well, why is it “finger cut-off?” This punishment was first recorded in Japanese historical annuals Azuma Kagami(
吾妻鏡/東鑑). According to the book, a samurai named Shirou Sameshima(鮫嶋四郎) had his finger cut in order to take the responsibility of causing of internal strife. The part of the annuals where this thing was recorded is the following:
